APS Obtained ISO 13485 Certification
May 22, 2009 — APS Materials obtained ISO 13485:2003 certification for the design and manufacture of medical devices. APS applies plasma sprayed titanium and hydroxylapatite (HA) coatings to a wide range of biomedical implants using a proven technique. Coupled with ISO 9001:2008, this certification insures that biomedical coatings manufactured at APS are of the highest quality.
