The CerAnode™ EMMO™ Enhanced Mixed-Metal Oxide Tubular Anode is engineered for high-performance cathodic protection in deep, shallow, and horizontal anode beds as well as naturally immersed environments. Built for the toughest open-hole applications, this EMMO™ anode features APS’s proprietary arc plasma-spray process for exceptional abrasion resistance, dimensional stability, and long-term reliability.

Product Description

CerAnode™ EMMO Tubular Anodes represent the latest advancement in impressed current cathodic protection technology. These anodes feature a titanium substrate coated with our proprietary Enhanced Mixed Metal Oxide formulation, providing exceptional current output capacity and minimal consumption rates.

The tubular design offers versatility for various installation configurations, including deep well groundbeds, surface installations, and immersed applications. Each anode is manufactured under strict quality control procedures to ensure consistent performance and reliability in the field.

Our EMMO coating technology provides superior resistance to chlorine generation and acid formation, making these anodes ideal for use in aggressive soil conditions, seawater, and environments with high chloride content

Installation & Accessories

  • Backfill: Use a high-quality low-resistivity Loresco® Coke backfill when deploying in ground beds or open-holes.
  • Ventilation: Ensure vent piping for open-hole installations to control any gas evolution if present.
  • Specifications: Specify insulation and connection options suited to your environment, especially in high-chloride or subsea applications.
