Installation & Accessories

Site Preparation & Location: Install the JBE on a stable, non-combustible mounting surface (wall, skid, pole, or structure), ensuring proper clearance for conduit entry and maintenance access.
Cable / Conduit Entry: Use appropriately rated mechanical conduit fittings or explosion-proof cable glands; tighten to specified torque and ensure flame-proof sealing per certification guidelines.
Internal Wiring & Termination: Use certified terminal blocks or bus-bars, maintain segregation between circuits, and ensure all connections meet code for hazardous-area wiring.
Grounding & Bonding: Provide proper grounding/earthing per NEC/CEC/IEC requirements to ensure structural bonding and safe dissipation of fault currents.
