In 1984, we founded CerAnode Technologies International, our division dedicated to cathodic protection, after an exclusive technology transfer from the US Army Corps of Engineers. All of our CerAnode products are proudly sourced and manufactured in the United States of America.
Today, we remain a family-owned and operated company rooted in research and development and centered on our values of technical expertise, customer service, and continuous improvement. With three global locations, we’re dedicated to bringing our plasma spray knowledge to our clients, wherever they are.
Our headquarters in Dayton, Ohio, USA features a 50,000-square-foot campus—including 20 automated spray systems, 10 chambers, 6 Class 1000 Cleanrooms, and an A2LA-accredited metallurgical analysis laboratory—to serve clients across multiple divisions.
In 2021, we expanded our operations and added a 20,000-square-foot production area at our Leo Street location to further serve our biomedical and semiconductor clients.
Established in 2020, our 20,000-square-foot facility at our Neva Street location expanded our CNC machining and silicone rubber molding capabilities, advancing our design and fabrication of fixturing, masking, and more.
Established in 1975, our 50,000-square-foot main campus, 20,000-square-foot production shop, and 20,000-square-foot machine shop serves as a central hub for our aerospace, biomedical, cathodic protection, and semiconductor clients worldwide.
Established in 2004, our 25,000-square-foot facility in Waterford provides biomedical and semiconductor services for the European market.
Established in 2016, our 400,000-square-foot plant in Suzhou offers biomedical and semiconductor coating services for our teams to serve our clients on a global scale.
