F50TF32 CL-B using B50TF155 CL-A

This coating creates a controlled wear interface that allows rotating assemblies to cut into the coating without damaging mating surfaces, helping maintain tight tolerances, optimize airflow efficiency, and reduce fuel consumption.

F50TF45 CL-B using B50TF190 CL-A

Formulated for oxidation resistance and thermal stability at elevated temperatures, its strong bond integrity and resistance to thermal cycling make it suitable for engine components exposed to sustained heat and aggressive operating conditions.

F50TF15 CL-A: Tungsten Carbide

A dense, low-porosity coating offering exceptional hardness and resistance to abrasion, erosion, and surface wear. Commonly selected for aerospace hardware requiring dimensional stability under severe service conditions.

F50TF22 CL-A: Nickel Graphite

A composite coating that combines corrosion-resistant nickel with the lubricating characteristics of graphite. It reduces friction, minimizes galling, and promotes reliable operation in moving assemblies and contact surfaces.

B50TF40 CL-A: Nickel Chromium

A tightly controlled aerospace coating specification used in mission-critical components where performance consistency, traceability, and environmental resistance are essential. Defined by strict OEM requirements, it is engineered for applications that demand stability under thermal cycling, vibration, and oxidative stress.
