CerAnode™ Product

CerAnode™ Coupon Housing with ER Probe (TCHP-CUST)

AC & DC Coupons

CerAnode triple coupon housing for AC and DC corrosion monitoring
TCHP-CUST

Overview

The CerAnode™ TCHP-CUST Coupon Housing with ER Probe is an integrated corrosion monitoring assembly engineered for long-term cathodic protection evaluation and corrosion-rate analysis. Combining a corrosion coupon with an embedded electrical resistance (ER) probe, the system delivers reliable in-situ monitoring of both structure polarization and metal loss.

Engineered to support data-driven corrosion management programs, the TCHP-CUST provides stable long-term monitoring in environments where conventional potential measurements alone may be insufficient. Configurable housing geometry, backfill options, and probe configurations allow the system to be tailored to specific site, soil, and ICCP system requirements.

Key Features & Benefits

Integrated ER Probe Technology

Embedded ER probe provides continuous corrosion-rate monitoring through real-time resistance measurement.

Representative Coupon Design

Coupon materials can be matched to the protected structure for accurate polarization analysis.

Stable Long-Term Monitoring

Protective housing maintains consistent environmental exposure and measurement reliability over extended deployment periods.

Flexible System Configuration

Housing geometry, probe configuration, lead wires, and backfill options can be customized to site requirements.

CP Monitoring Integration

Compatible with test stations, junction boxes, reference electrodes, and remote monitoring systems.

Typical Applications

  • Buried pipeline corrosion-rate monitoring and CP validation
  • Storage tank and terminal integrity monitoring
  • AC interference monitoring and mitigation programs
  • Marine and offshore corrosion monitoring systems
  • Critical infrastructure requiring continuous corrosion-rate validation
  • Low-conductivity or variable soil environments where conventional potential measurements are limited
